reverse or change gears, causing gear damage. ⑤After the diesel engine is
started, the main transmission handle and the forward/backward handle of the
boring machine are not placed in the specified positions, causing damage to the
traveling gearbox.
1.2 Poor use and maintenance
The untimely adjustment mainly includes the following aspects: ① Failure to
add or regularly replace the engine oil on time, causing the engine oil to
deteriorate and lose its lubricating performance. ②Clean various filters or
replace filter elements on a regular basis. That is, the air filter, the oil
filter, and the diesel filter are not cleaned, so that the air, oil and diesel
are brought into impurities or the diesel engine cannot work normally due to its
blockage. ③Failure to adjust the valve clearance, fuel supply advance angle,
single brake, etc., and allow the development and changes to not only affect the
normal operation of the equipment, reduce the efficiency, but may also cause
damage to the equipment. ④ Assembly and adjustment errors. All matching parts of
the diesel engine as well as the brakes, clutches, gearboxes, etc. have strict
assembly requirements. If the assembly does not meet the specified requirements
or is adjusted incorrectly, malfunctions will occur. ⑤ Poor manufacturing and
repair quality. Because the material and processing accuracy of the parts do not
